This Is Not a Government Office or Custodian. Manteca Residents Directory is a private reference. It cannot pull records, certify copies, confirm who lives at an address, or change a government roll. For an emergency, call 911. If a person is being stalked or harassed, contact local police.

For a California Public Records Act request, identify an existing record, the department, address or parcel, record type, and date range. A city request goes to Manteca. A deed, assessor, election, or county vital request goes to San Joaquin County. Court copies go to the Superior Court clerk and should include the case number when known.
